By now, you should feel much lighter inside and things that used to bother you no longer do. But this is not the end, there is one more important place to release from in the brain.
It is called the orbitofrontal cortex and it is seated behind the eyes. It is the seat of emotions in the brain. This is important to clear from because the baggage (emotions) we bring from the past affect and hinder what we do in the present, they become our beliefs about what we should and should not do. So, to be rid of past limiting beliefs and baggage is very liberating.
The orbitofrontal cortex is directly behind the eyes and so use your tube from in front of the eyes to clear that area. You should notice a calming down of the sometimes called ‘sea of turmoil’, that plagues our waking hours.
You can in fact clear the r-complex, amygdala and orbitofrontal cortex at the same time using the tube in front of the eyes.
Remember to do this as much as you can in the day and even when you are walking or driving. In fact, you can tell your unconscious to help you and ask it to clear it at all times. That has worked with people I have helped to release.
